Infinite Heights Wealth Management
Sierra founded Infinite Heights Wealth Management on a conviction that most of the financial world had gotten wrong: that wealth-building should serve the life you're building, not complicate it. She built a firm for ambitious leaders — entrepreneurs, business owners, executives — who wanted more than surface-level advice.
By the time Gloom came on board, the foundation was already strong. The clients were there. The mission was clear. The credibility was earned. Sierra wasn't looking for a fix. She was ready for her next level.

Gloom
What she was looking for:
Sierra had built something real and she knew it. What she needed was a strategic partner to help her rise into the next stage of growth — with the right team in place, sharper brand presentation, and a plan built to match her ambition.
Real support in real time, designed for your business, your life, and your goals.
Our Role, To Amplify
Sierra already had the vision, the clients, and the expertise. Our role was to build the infrastructure and strategic clarity to carry it all forward — without losing what made it work in the first place.
Together, we mapped out her next moves and started executing.

Designed and led a full hiring process for three new roles — from role definition to candidate interviews — putting the right people in the right seats to support firm growth

02

Built a comprehensive 12-month business development plan aligned to her growth targets and long-term firm vision
03

Shaped a marketing strategy to support brand visibility, audience growth, and client acquisition across key channels
04

Executed a light brand refresh — refining the visual and verbal identity to better reflect where the firm was headed without disrupting what was already working
05

Served as a strategic confidant — offering clear-headed perspective and experienced guidance as the business stepped into a more complex chapter

From Her Perspective:
"Working with Natalie and Gloom came at a really pivotal time for me and for Infinite Heights.
As a founder, there are always a handful of things sitting in the background that you know matter, but struggle to prioritize when you’re in the day-to-day of running the business. For me, that was building out our office space, making key hires, and elevating our marketing.
More than a manager, she’s like family. I trust her completely, and knowing she’s on my team gives me peace of mind and confidence to grow. Her loyalty, leadership, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise make her truly irreplaceable.
What I appreciated most about Natalie is that she steps in as a true thought partner. She creates space to talk through what’s actually going on in the business, not just what’s on the surface, and helps bring clarity to where to focus.
Over the course of working together, we made meaningful progress across all three of those areas. We built out our team, elevated our brand presence, and created a much stronger foundation for the business overall. Today, we have three incredible hires, a fully designed office space, and a much more consistent and elevated marketing presence.
Where Natalie really stands out is her ability to connect people and create opportunities. She is incredibly well-connected and brings a level of energy and support that makes you feel like you have someone in your corner.
Like any growing business, there were moments where we had to refine priorities and adjust along the way, but that process ultimately led to stronger outcomes.
I’m grateful for the role she played during a key phase of growth for Infinite Heights, and I’m excited to continue finding ways to collaborate!"
Your brand, your business, and yourself, they're all connected.
“Sierra had already done the hard work of building something worth believing in. Our job was to make sure the strategy, the team, and the brand could all keep pace with where she was going. This is what growth with intention looks like.”
