I’m Natalie Lane. I’ve spent my career working closely with founders at every stage, watching where momentum builds, where things stall, and which patterns repeat themselves no matter the industry.
Gloom was born from that experience. Founders don’t need more opinions, they need partnership. Someone who can think alongside them, push when needed, clear the noise, and still roll up their sleeves to build visibility and growth.
