I started Gloom to help founders scale in execution with strategic clarity, business systems, and operational support.

I’ve always been passionate about business. I started a nanny agency in Los Angeles, diving into the deep end of this messy, beautiful world we call entrepreneurship. 

After successfully scaling and selling my agency, I spent the last couple of years with a boutique investment banking firm that works exclusively with founder-led companies. It was there that something clicked.

Time and again, I partnered with brilliant CEOs who were overwhelmed, stretched thin, and unsure how to make space for the next version of their vision.

And so I decided to launch Gloom.  

I like to say I hold the ladder while the founder paints the mural, and I’ll even run and grab the tools when needed. Whether it’s cleaning up your brand, building internal systems, or mapping a go-to-market plan, I help founders stay in motion.
